"My s/o & children went through the drive through about a week ago. We ordered our food at the window (which is broken) and pulled up to the window to pay. That’s when my daughter spoke up about me forgetting to add her drink so I politely asked the lady if we could add a small coke on. She legit wouldn’t do it! She told us that “it was busy” (2 cars behind us. One at the window and one waiting to pay). She told us that we could come back around or park out front, walk in, pay, and get our own drink. Like what in the world? It would’ve taken less time to pour the drink then say all she did to justify her not simply pouring a small coke. Ridiculous. I thought about calling corporate but opted not too. Figured maybe leaving a review on google would get back to management and get this women out of the customer service business! She clearly can’t handle it"

"Last time my wife and I were there we ordered iced coffees and they taste like there was very little coffee in them, mostly cream. The northeast location is better. The breakfast hash browns were excellent as always though."
"Ordered double hamburger, mustard pickles onions and it was a single with ketchup. My daughter ordered a whopper jr with cheese no onion add mustard. Hers had onions. Mess up every time without fail."
"First time in this burger king. I ordered to go and they put my food on a tray. Not only that but they skipped my number as I was standing right there. I had to look at the number on the tray to realize that it was my order because it would have been just sitting there forever. They were nice people and the place was clean. I believe they can be better if they pay more attention to what is going on instead of rushing to get people out. One of my burgers I ordered was a double and I got a single. Didn't realize till I got all the way home. This is why I give it 3 stars. Like I said they can be better."
