"Waited 20 mins for food and half the order was missing"
"I was literally the only person there… I ordered a fish filet meal. I waited easily over 10 minutes and decided to look to see what was going on and noticed the woman in the back was prepping her own food to take home with her when she got off. Watched her make it perfectly and then put it in a Tupperware Togo container. After she was finished which was an additional 5 minutes later she turned around to the other female employee and ask “what did he order?” That’s when they finally began to make my food. As I was waiting, 3 other people came up and left bc they weren’t even being greeted. I couldn’t believe how disrespectful it was. I’ll never in my life but anything from there again."
"It’s 7pm on Sep 26,2023 I Decided thto order here after shopping and not eating all day. I was the only person in line and I waited 10 mins to order just some nuggets. The whole time I was waiting e manager that was packing the orders did not greet me or anything. A simple “hi I’ll be with you in one minute” would have helped the situation. At that point I decided to just leave without placing an order. But I guess you have to expect that kind of management at"
"How are you going to schedule an interview then send someone to say I'm not doing anymore interviews I'm done. Like you didn't even have the common courtesy to call and cancel it but you just wasted someone's time .manager is very unprofessional. With that attitude who would want to work for you anyway."
"Had one person working and my single order of a large fry took nearly 15 minutes!! And they were pretty much dry. The worker looked super tired- I mean I dont blame her! Poor soul."
