"Do not use this location for federal express pickup. I was told pickup is on Saturdays. Then when my package hadn’t been picked up by Monday, I called on Monday. They said it will be picked up today by 3. Then on Tuesday when it still hadn’t been picked up, I was finally told that pickups are only on Tuesdays. The paperwork I was shipping was for a settlement on my house. The settlement was TODAY (Tuesday). DG’s negligence almost cost me the sale of my house. Had they not lied on 2 occasions, I would have shipped using another method and not had the stress I had to deal with today."
"Ended up here lost on a rainy night. My phone had died, it was dark, and I was over an hour away from home. I walked in and was greeted with one of the nicest employees I’ve met at a dollar store. She greeted me upon arrival, took me to the phone chargers, and was very pleasant and kind. Great to see great people still in this broken and tattered world. Also got zebra cake right near exit. Tough decision between that and a double decker oatmeal crème pie."
"Refused to ship my fedex package even though it was under the size and weight limit. They even measured it, then made a bunch of excuses how it wouldn’t fit on the shelf. Clueless and useless."
"Went in for laundry detergent yesterday, the store was completely bare as if we are in a zombie apocalypse. Looks like there were carts and carts full of products no one was putting out, employees didn't seem to care. Outside smoking or just hanging out in store. Took my money to walmart"
