"By far the cleanest most organized Dollar Tree I have ever been in! Associate Mary was our cashier and she was super friendly and patient as our daughter counted her money to pay for candy. Great store!!!"

"Went to return items due to loss of job, and found no assistance with my return so i got in line which was very long. Thats fine. As long as I’m able to get helped. Unfortunately, the cashier was unable to do a return so I had to go wait in another line for an associate that could do returns. I said OK do I have to wait in line again and they said yes. Fine as long as i get assistance. Then, well, checking out the customer that was in front of me the same associate that I purchased my items for him was the same associate that was supposed to do my return. Her name is Zahniya. She was incredibly rude and told me they don’t offer refunds and I can only exchange out for the same item but due to the amount of items I purchased it didn’t make sense. That was all. She said she ignored me and didn’t respond to anything else. I said so I left. I will never come back here again. And anyone who wants acceptable customer service I would advise go to Dollar General and get great service and cheaper prices!!!!"

"At the Dollar Tree in Berlin/Ocean City, the 2 ladies there really helped me out and I appreciate it! I purchased 2 balloons from the Dollar Tree in one location. I live approximately 30 miles from there. I put them in my trunk. By the time I got home, only one of them was already deflating. I asked the ladies if they could put more air in it and the young lady did. It popped. "It was a hole in it." Is what the other young lady said was why it popped. They gave me another balloon. I needed them for tomorrow. I'm very grateful for all their assistance. Keep up the great customer service & know u r appreciated!"

"Very clean, organized store and very well stocked considering shortages due to the Corona Virus. The manager Ronchelle and her staff were very welcoming and kind. The cashier named Stephanie was so very helpful and happy to assist with not only my needs but all of the other customers as well. I will reccomend this store and happily keep shopping here!!"

"I was in this store at Ocean city two weeks ago and was appalled at what I was seeing and hearing. A middle- aged, blond - Short haired employee was rude and berating customers! She kept yelling at people to line up down the snack aisle and not through the middle of the store. One elderly man commented that maybe they could open up a second register and she flipped out on him. She began yelling at him and said "hey you with the big mouth -maybe you need to be quiet and if you don't like it you can leave." She also yelled at an elderly lady coming through the door for not wearing her mask properly. The poor lady apologized profusely and said she didn't even realize it wasn't on properly. All this in front of many customers. Very belittling to people. I was so upset about this that I had to leave and I will not be back to the store. Normally I shop here several times a week but this employee was so rude and overbearing with everyone I can't believe many other people will continue to shop there. This employee needs to be removed. I tried calling your corporate office and only got a recording and no one ever tried to return my call."
