"This place has gone out of their way to help. I am a retired construction superintendent who worked for a very large contractor in this area for over 20 years. I have bought and ordered a lot of material from this exact location for many projects which I built in the Ocean City, West Ocean City, Ocean Pines, Berlin, and East Wicomico area. Prior to the store being built I would have to order materials from Delaware or from the Salisbury Maryland area. If there is something this store don't have, they will do their best to get it for you in a timely fashion. If you have a problem and can't work it out with the employees the management has always been able to help. I have never had a problem shopping here since the store was built. Now that I am retired I continue to shop here for my Landscaping needs, my home repair needs, electrical , lighting and even automobile accessories. Being the proud owner of a black lab and a blue tick beagle, I purchased an underground fence kit which I installed myself from Home Depot when the store first opened. It is still in use today many years later, it works wonderfully and has never failed me. I live in the East Wicomico area and I would rather travel to Home Depot in Berlin then I would any other place around and I am right in the middle of Lowe's in Millsboro, Lowe's in Salisbury and Home Depot in Salisbury. The store is always clean , and well-stocked. The merchandise always seems to be new and of the latest styles. My only regret is they do not have more than one restroom which is all the way to the end of one side of the store which is a problem if you're on the other end of the store because it is such a large store. The garden/outdoor area is wonderfully managed and it has a lot of stock. It is just absolutely stunning to see it come to life in early spring they have everything you need for your yard and yes even for commercial and Industrial Construction. Their hardware area is fairly good, the store has a great selection of tools, ( many of which I own and could validate the quality is certainly good enough for commercial and industrial construction) and paint supplies including a wonderful selection of colorful paints. I rented a carpet cleaner from this store, took it home and started using it the following day when I realized there was a problem with it.I took it back to the store where they exchanged it for another one and never charged me until the following day, without any problems. I have shopped at many stores throughout this wonderful Delmarva Peninsula in this location ranks as one of the best to purchase hardware, lumber, paint supplies, roofing, electrical, audio/video, plumbing, concrete, you name it.They cater to homeowners, commercial and industrial builders as well as sub-contractors and I have to say this location ranks as one of the best locations to purchase materials on the Eastern Shore. The staff is friendly always willing to help and for the most part experienced and are able to give you advice."
