Specifically, I had a challenging experience with Stacy, who, despite a mere five-minute delay past the designated cutoff time, refused entry to my guest. Moreover, when I sought to escalate the matter and communicate with a manager to address the situation, I was met with resistance, as Stacy did not facilitate the opportunity for such a discussion. This lack of flexibility and accessibility to higher management is disheartening and significantly impacted my overall impression of the service provided."
"Decent gym but I wish the hours were a little better. Particularly early morning, I would love to work out at 4:30am before work. My partner used to work out at 11pm. But they are no longer 24/7. We are still members but with work schedules, it can be tough. May move to Gold's Gym in the future."
"I had been to this location numerous times in the past as a guest for quite a few LATE night workout sessions. Equipment variety was top tier. Friendly management, clean environment, and great late night workout environment vibe. I was actually about to get a membership at this location, but unfortunately see the business model has changed post-covid... no more 24/7 hours of operation. For this reason and this alone, I will be trying a membership with Gold's Gym first instead."
"Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Ashby was so kind and helpful, even helped set up the app on my phone and explained everything. Very clean, plenty of easily accessible spray bottles for equipment wipedowns. Great amenities. Great layout so it's not too loud and you don't feel like you're too close to everyone. Has every type of workout machine you could wish for. You could never get bored! Highly recommend!"
