"Wow. That’s the word to describe this place. Service was extraordinary. We booked ahead of time and the girl who made our appts was incredibly friendly and bubbly and extremely accommodating as we were a party of 4 who all wanted different services. I got the pedicure with the wax treatment and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. They have massaging chairs! The nail tech was fast and extremely skilled but took her time on the massage. My kids got mani/pedis and they are beaming. We love this place it was a slice of heaven. 5-stars all the way."

"I have been coming to Pristine since they first opened and they have always had positive attitudes and a super clean environment. They work hard and make sure my nails look great before leaving the salon. I never have to worry about finding an appt or who will be doing my nails because all nail techs do an incredible job. They take care of their customers and make your visit amazing every time! I definitely suggest planning a appt at Pristine nails soon!"

"NEVER COME HERE! I had an appointment at 3pm and was waiting over 30 minutes to be sat. The next day, both of my pinky nails came off my pedicure. I called the store to attempt to resolve this but was consistently told the manager wasn’t there. I was never called back when they said they would. I work hard for my money and tipped well, so there’s no reason for me to be given such horrible service."

"I got my nails done on Saturday it is now Monday, the service was absolutely horrible took 2 hours for a gel polish fill and the nails are already chipping and the polish is peeling off. I called back and they told me they refused to do anything about it, I cannot go back to get them redone seeing as I’m on vacation and on my way home now. I’m just so upset and I’m not the only one, my friends nails broke and are also chipped after we got them done on Saturday together. I didn’t mind at the time but I was also cut on three of my cuticles after the service, I’m not a complainer this is the first I’ve ever written a review. I’m just so disappointed and don’t want anyone else wasting 70 dollars plus the tip I gave them like I did this weekend. if I could give 0 stars I would’ve."

"We’ve come to this place many times and every single time we’ve left absolutely ecstatic about our experience. The first picture is the reference photo my daughter used. The second picture is the ON POINT creation one of their many talented nail artists completed for my daughter. The last picture. Well my poor little lamb was cold. She was trying her best to keep from shivering but it was apparently all too obvious. The staff member got up, went and got this blanket, and bundled her up like a human cannoli. Also keep in mind our appointment ran quite a bit past closing and yet they took their time to make sure she was comfortable and the end product was everything she wanted. These are the kind of people that humankind needs more of. They’ll always have our business."
