"Lots of good points about Styles By Us: *As soon as I walked in the door, a stylist asked who I was there to see. I said Dawn and she said she'd let Dawn know that I had arrived. From the time I walked through the door until I was at Dawn's station took just a couple of minutes. *I was going for a completely different hairstyle and showed a picture to Dawn of what I wanted, asking if that would look good on me. She affirmed that it would. Always great to get a professional opinion. *The atmosphere was so friendly and homey. Beyond the helpful staff, I drew pleasure from listening to a customer talking to her stylist--the conversation was like the makings for an episode for Andy Griffiths Mayberry show. I loved it! *Based on other Google reviews of Styles By Us, there a lot of great stylists working there. I really like Dawn. She was professional and had the patience to deal with my part straight and part wavy hair. Pricing was reasonable. I was thrilled with the results!"

"I called on a Monday morning around 1030 and they were able to take me at 1130. Danielle cut my hair and she was very professional and asked me questions and details about what I wanted to do with my hair. She was very sweet and took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. The place itself was very clean and organized. I definitely will be going back for my next trim and I recommend anyone to go here."

"Do not go there if you want your hair properly colored, after two attempts I just wanted to leave I don't like telling people they did a terrible job but maybe I should have , their answer to fixing my hair because it was not what I wanted was it was my fault, I miss understood , I didn't understand it takes more then one process to see the right hair that I wanted even tho is was not even close wait till I get out of salon light then it will calm down a bit ect. they knew it looked horrible ........fully defensive no customer is right. I wanted a ashy light brown dark blonde color. I walked out of there a full blown carrot top RED RED. I tried calling to get my money back after deciding I should not feel bad for not being happy with my hair to pay for it to be fixed but no . They just weren't very professional about it and Im sad to say i wont be recommending any one here. They are fine for hair cuts but for the younger community do not recommend don't do this to yourself and will be sharing. My stylist was Danielle , She could have just admitted she could not do that or did not know how instead of attempting it anyway on my hair. Hopefully this helps others who want the color I wanted. I will be going to The Makeover Place to fix my hair. The pic of the ashy blonde hair Is what I asked for and showed her. The orange is what I got and again they told me next time it will look better. but I look like a clown :( and have to get this fixed right away. I hope they get better I hate leaving bad reviews. ( Have an update I found another salon who luckily was able to fix the job they said couldn't be done and in one sitting ) hair fixed."
