"I brought my two boys in today for hair cuts and Charity was so amazing with them! She was so patient with my 3 year old and talked with my 10 year old and was sure to cut his hair how he liked. I was so happy when we left to have someone who cared like she did."
"I’ve been going to this location since before the new ownership. Always happy with the service. Today I was treated as though it was a bother to do my hair. She didn’t offer to shampoo my hair, didn’t even spray my hair with water. When I questioned if she was going to spray with water her answer was, “nope.” I will go elsewhere from now on."
"Cost cutters is where I normally go for my haircuts but tonight some women with short purple hair had an attitude. She was the only one there. It says they close at 7:00 but didn't have time to cut my hair real quick. She was like. Yep! Try back tomorrow. No I'm good and then she wanted to stare at me and my pickup truck as I was leaving screw you cost cutters I will start going somewhere else"
"The manager snapped at me telling me i was to be there at 9 am, but my online appointment stated 9:30 am. I don’t get off the bus (school bus ) until 9 am., so I went back and checked my appointment and it stated 9:30. She should not have been so rude. She was looking at a hand written book. I could have went back in after my cut and showed her my phone, but was in to big of a hurry."
"Had me wait for 20 minutes as there was no one there to cut my hair. She was at the bank. Then another man walked in without an appointment. The old stylist had him sit right down, another stylist came out of the back and started working on him right away. Super Cuts was a lot friendlier, faster, and less expensive. Also cleaner."
