"Very short wait at the pharmacy. I did not have to say my address out loud. A paper was printed and set before me so I could verify my address. In this day and age of privacy concerns that was nice. The girl at the counter was very kind and helpful. When I told her the script was for my 80 year old Mom she offered right away to change the top on the bottle to a pop top. She also asked if I had any concerns or questions about the medication I was picking up for Mom. I was a bit speechless because I have never been asked that before at another pharmacy. She gave me advice on the receipt. Saying it may be best in the future to get an email receipt with the paper receipt to keep a good track on expenses. Not really offered at every other place. All around I felt like I got Gold Star treatment compared to another pharmacy I have been using for many years. Plus the store is super clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful."
"Used to be one of the best pharmacies in town but is now turning out to be just as bad as the rest of them. My issue is not with the wait times. It’s with the lack of communication and customer service. These new kids that they’ve hired have zero empathy or compassion and when working in this field, those are a must. It’s not about what you’re saying, but more or less how you say it. You can’t please all customers but for many of us, a little empathy goes a long way!"
