"The shelves are organized and the shop is clean, but there is a lack of knowledge in the staff, when you ask for something, they either don't know where it is or they can't find it, I think for a company that advertises so much, they should train their staff inside before these advertisements."
"Rude blonde work on a Friday Evening & didnt let my family shop in peace! She kept on staring at my family & wouldn’t even look away! This lady was visibly racist! Not to mention she was busy keeping her eye on my family instead of helping others… BAD PLACE"
"Understaffed with long lines. Was told I cannot use self checkout for coffee filters and swimear and to get into the full line. No one was even using the self checkouts and then someone just jumped in and no one said anything. Have a clear checkout policy without discrimination. Checkout isn’t that difficult…get it together."
"Parents and I went in for a quick stop for some last minute staples. Store was an absolute mess. The biggest issue was the cashier who didn’t understand how to handle a cash payment. All she would do is continue her private cell phone conversation while pointing to where to insert a credit card. Never even looked over until she realized nothing had happened. When my dad showed he had cash she shrugged and walked away. Another assistant came up and audibly groaned when she saw he had cash. She did assist but there were no bags and she told us next time to use credit like everyone else. How pleasant."
"Very good CVS. One of the best I would have to say. Have a little bit of everything you may need during your stay in Ocean City. Bought my souviners there and kudos to the staff. Very nice people."
