"If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. They lost my child’s specimen for flu testing and at the time refused to give her a rapid test after waiting there for over an hour with an appointment. Stay away!!!"

"I can’t even give one star . This place is beyond rude . I had my daughter with 104.5 fever and nobody was even in the office and told me to wait in car and sign in from car. Then after that the nurse and doctor made me feel like a mother that doesn’t know anything. They basically told me I didn’t have to rush my daughter here for 104.5 fever. Wow ! Told me to worry if fever reaches 107. I was so shocked at the rude way they spoke to me and made me feel like I was holding them all up from leaving. Terrible terrible bedside manner. I would never take my kids there again rather go to the hosp and wait 5 hours then deal with women that disgusting and rude"

"Made an appointment to take my daughter in for a COVID test after a recent exposure. Arrived 15 minutes early, waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, to come in and wait an additional 15 before they even thought to call us in. Front desk worker didn’t even answer the phone, just immediately put people on hold. We left after they took another walk in before us. Do not recommend. No point in making an appointment, very disappointed."

"I would’ve given 0 stars if I could have. I made an appointment for my very sick child today at 10:30am in the morning. The appointment was for 5:15pm. When I got to the Commack location the doors were locked and someone came to the door after I knocked a bunch of times. She said I should have received a text that they were closed due to full occupancy. I told them I had an appointment and my child (5) was very sick. She said there is nothing she can do and management shut them down. They didn’t honor my appointment I waited around for all day and turned my sick kid away. Now, we are here with a sick child and I have to wait till tomorrow for an appointment. I am very disgusted and enraged at the disregard for my sick child. I will never come back here."
