"If you want great customer service, Harry's Shoes can't be beat. I had a problem with a pair of shoes that I bought in August. After talking to Barbara in Customer Service, I mailed the shoes to the store. Charlie, the GM, fixed the problem and mailed them back to me. That is old time customer service! By the way, they have a great collection of shoes in stock AND the best salespeople who really know their stuff. Go."

"We absolutely LOVE Harry's Shoes on Broadway! The most amazing shoe selection anywhere! It's our "go to" place for top quality footwear. Staff knows their merchandise. I had a problem with one pair of Ara shoes and all it took was the manager Charlie to step in and resolve the issue to my total satisfaction. Way to go Charlie! "shipped to me. They arrived in used condition. They had blue marker on the white leather, hair on them and the soles have likely been worn outside. Minimally but still in used condition. I contacted them and they said I could ship them back at my cost and be reimbursed or I could get 20% off. Both of these are probably fair but a hassle none the less. I’m disappointed they shipped me shoes in this condition and would not recommend buying anything from them online since you can’t see what they’re going to send."
