"Store in elmsford on route 119 is a joke. The manager Jacky is very rude and wouldn’t correct the problem. The prices on the items are cheaper than what the register shows and she refused to honor to correct it. Told me she would not help, she would not give me her superiors info and to leave. Complete joke"

"Your worker Lucy at your Harrison location was harassing me because I put 6 sugars in my coffee and accused me of stealing. She shielded me with her big body to hold me back from taken another packet of sugar. She should be reprimanded and suspended for a week. Belittling a customer. She's rude and abrasive can't speak a word of English."

"have been coming station since open a few months ago and this will be the last. I started to notice more than once all of something I wasn't getting my full change back. they shorted me 75 cents. It seems like no 1 knows how to count I to waited again to see if this was an honest mistake, or dishonesty before posting it on here. This is a problem and bad business!!!!! Watch your money closely in this establishment!"

"Chestnut Market in Paterson, NJ, at 19 E 33rd Street is terrible. The manager, Emad, still has a sign on the window indicating that all size cups of coffee is 79 cents, but that is not true, and he refuses to take down the sign. That had been a promotion that expired, I believe, on Jan. 1, 2022, but he wants to keep it up apparently to draw in customers. When I asked him about it, he refused to talk to me or answer my questions, claiming that he was busy. He totally ignored me. He has done that to me on other occasions in the past also. Very nasty guy!"
