"Boxed Market was a mixed bag. Appreciated that I was ordering things they really had in stock, and liked the 1 hour delivery a lot...but disappointed that the entire order didn't arrive. Even more disappointed at the inept customer service when I tried to resolve the issue of the missing items. Never totally resolved the issue just gave up and deleted the app from my phone."

"Great first experience with Boxed Market. As it was my first order, they included some coffee and gingersnaps which was a very nice touch. I hope they take the business model of their competitors and improve on the current players in the market. Many shoppers are cost conscious right now with inflation, so if Boxed Market remain fairly priced I will order in the future. I have already recommended them to a local friend."
