"The driver was very nice and efficient when he came to the house. He made sure the items were where I wanted them. Pleasure to deal with someone nice."
"My brother and I had come here to purchase a water heater and while loading it into my SUV they did so much unnecessary damage to the interior of my car. I let that go because sometimes things just happen, but they also gave me such a terrible attitude about it. We got back with the water heater, and come to find out that the gas valve wasn't working. We proceeded to go back and ask for them to replace it, THE SAME DAY, and they told us they wouldn't give it to us unless we paid extra which I thought was ridiculous. We waited over an hour for them to get the water heater ready, hearing them cursing and bickering the entire time. One of them actually was calling me derogatory names to his co worker on the phone talking about the gas valve situation as if I couldn't hear them. I'm honestly appalled and I'll never give them my business again. You're better off going to a small local mom and pop supply place where you know you'll be treated fair and with respect."
