"Awful service for pick up of food. Undermanned. Disorganized. Polite but not capable of giving you a real time for when the food is ready. Their stated window for pickup time is meaningless. Don’t use this service for fear of total frustration. Have tried it twice to save time. Instead I waited 40 minutes the first time and 90 minutes the second time despite being told multiple times it would be ready in 15 minutes!!!"

"I just wanted to say that I had a great experience with the Starbucks in this shopping plaza. Being I just moved into the area I was on the fence however I was not disappointed. Barbara was beyond helpful, cheerful, happy, all around an amazing greeter and new her stuff! She makes the best drinks by far! Also she keeps the store extremely clean which is a huge plus in my eyes! I’ve been to Carmel and Yorktown Starbucks and they’re a mess. Nothing compares to this one! I would highly recommend going there."
