"This woman is nothing short of amazing!!! Our long-haired cat is so notty! We’ve done years of veterinary grooming with all kinds of horrible results. Not only was the cat traumatized, but it got to the point that they were actually talking about sedating her she was so difficult! As the cat has aged, it’s gotten even mire difficult. So upsetting too, the idea of dropping off for grooming and coming back later for your pet! I was thrilled to find Joli online. She’s groomed our cat three times now with amazing results. No sedation, no scratching and heavy gloves to be worn. Joli has a way of developing trust with the animal and is so respectful in your home and to your pet.She has a calming way about her and is so kind and gentle.
