"Pathetic management."
"I'm looking to go from a Home into a small apartment. I just realized how dificult it can be when dealing with Managment. I called to ask if they have a one bedroom apartments and I was transfered to "that department" to a voicemail. I called again and explained that I got a voicemail and wanted to know if anyone else can let me know if this place offers one bedroom apartments. The lady explained to me that the person who can answer that is on another line and I can leave a message. Lady on the phone couldn't care less. I don't understand how someone can't answer a simple question. I'm not asking for rent fees, etc."
