"Well maintained with lots of room. Indoor pool plus fitness center and sauna. Outdoor pool in the summer. Tennis courts. They are always upgrading and making sure everything works well. 25 acres on the property. You are living in an apartment but have plenty of space to walk around and participate in activities. Also has Community Room with pool table and flat screen TV. Vey unique property! Highly recommended!"
"We lived there for 6 months…. There was trash left in the hallways for days on end, dog feces in the hallways, and doors left propped open in a neighborhood which is sadly dealing with the scourge of the opioid crisis. Many of the amenities were also often out of service. It’s dirty and unsafe. The folks who work there are lovely, there’s just not enough staff to maintain such a large complex. Not a great place if you have other options."
"This place looks great, and at first glance things are great. But then you realize it's not so great. The stench of marijuana and cigarette lingers not only in some apartments but also in some common areas. More and more often the buildings have been tagged with graffiti on the inside. Neighbors leave trash outside their doors until it stinks. And then they leave it even longer. You have to call the office to report them. Add to this that the walls and ceilings leak in the rain and its just not somewhere you want to live."
"Love living here, the other residents are very friendly, it’s always clean and maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond if you have an issue. Very quiet in the apartments!"
