"I have lived here since May and I have had a great experience with the staff! I had to move abruptly due to some personal circumstances and they were very helpful in processing everything quickly. I have had a couple maintenance issues but the staff was easy to get ahold of even after business hours and the issues were addressed within 24 hours. The only downside for me is that it is a bit pricey - living alone makes it more difficult, but my unit is fully remodeled and perfect for what I need!"
"If you value privacy, peace, and quiet this is a great place to live. The only noise I hear is from the weekly landscaper work, which is neccesary. The managing staff are courteous and react to any issues immediately. Snow removal is prompt. The pool area is nice and its kept clean. Beautiful property to walk a dog. Great location close to the highway and many stores and restaurants. I would recommend living here if you are looking."
"This is a nice, quiet place to live. The leasing office recently seems to be looking into some of the parking issues (people parking in fire zones or other spaces not for parking), so that is nice to see. I wish the laundry cards could be loaded via an app instead of having to physically go into the office or have cash for the machines. Overall, it’s a nice place to live."
"I personally love where I live. It feels very neighborhood like to me. The loan office staff is really nice and helpful. I deal with Summer and she’s really good. She has always been very respectful and helpful to me."
"If I could give them a one star I would.. this apartment complex should be shut down and rebuild. 1. I live in a small condo and the company decided to increase my rent by more than 50% . 2. Leasing office workers are rude and don’t want to be bothered when you call. 3. If you’re even a couple days late they have some man knock at your door and disrespectfully had you an eviction notice. Please save your money and find a better place $1600 for a condo that has nothing included. P.s I know people in newer apartments getting much more and still pay less"
