"Not the best hotel by any means but certainly not the worst either. It's DEFINITELY better than nyack motor lodge & cheaper. If you only need a night or a couple nights (or even a week) & you're on a fixed income and budget then this is the place (Raintree motel up the road a bit is owned by the same person but doesn't have a full kitchen). Nyack is $66 for a night (raintree $50 & holiday court $55) & EVERY room I've stayed in has had some sort of issue from a weak shower to a bathroom door that wouldn't close. Plus, the tv reception is crappy, no fridge and/or microwave and only 1 closet. Raintree has THREE closets, great tv reception & a fridge and/or microwave (don't have enough for every room unfortunately). And holiday court has a kitchen with stove, sink & sometimes even a microwave. Like i said, not the best but certainly not the worst."
"I wasn't looking for anywhere special at 55 dollars, but this place was truly terrible. The room looked like it hadn't been serviced, the carpet unvacumed and crunchy, and the cocroaches... I would never recommend this place to anyone."
