They always follow up to check on our fur baby after his visits to see how he is doing with any new medication or food. They treat him like a human when he enters the facility with such thoughtfulness and care. We couldn’t be more appreciative of Dr. Glassman’s expertise and her calming nature. We also have to give a special shout out to Martha and Katie for always going above and beyond. "This vet is outstanding. The entire operation is refreshingly focused on quality of care and honest services. Too many vets have become corporate minded and present a disconnect between billing, veterinarian care, and customer satisfaction. This is not what we experienced at Roosevelt. I was thoroughly impressed by the environment and the ability of the vet to work with our dog without him feeling stressed or apprehensive about coming into the building or being examined."
