"I had an extremely upsetting experience with this vet recently. I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat. It was and remains a heartbreaking loss. I asked Lisa for a lock of my cat's fur and had ordered the private cremation and pawprint. I had to follow up on information I was promised that wasn't sent and I had to follow up and ask about the tracking number of the package. A grieving client should not have to follow up at all, but it just gets worse. The pawprint was sloppy and smudged and the lock of fur wasn't included! I was sick to my stomach at how sloppy this was handled. Jessica didn't even so much as apologize and I had to send 3 emails to Lisa before getting acknowledgement, which was a cowardly, hollow apology via email. She basically dismissed it as being human and making a mistake! This wasn't a mistake, it was a careless, wildly insensitive thing to do. She didn't even have enough respect for me or accountability to call me. I am devastated not being able to have my pet mementos. I feel the loss all over again."

"This was the best experience we’ve ever had considering how difficult the decision was to put our beloved cat down. They called me back the next morning and were at my house within an hour. Dr Lisa was so kind and compassionate and spent plenty of time listening to our stories about Beadie. When it was time she gave him the first shot and he licked some food that she provided off my finger and he didn’t feel a thing. Then when it was time for the second shot it was extremely peaceful. I highly recommend using their services and I wouldn’t hesitate calling again when I’m sure we will need them in the future."

When she stopped responding to cancer treatment, the decline was so quick. She showed us it was the right day to say goodbye, and Comforting Care went out of their way to make it happen that day, so she would no longer be in pain.
