"Planned to celebrate our Anniversary here and it exceeded our expectations..which were very high to begin with. Quiet, private, romantic, great space in the rooms and catered to by an amazing staff of attendants. Alexander, Warren, Louis and Markell..made our stay so special. Acting as docents, guides and attendants…they acted as if their only job was to ensure our being happy. Truly a rare and unexpected experience these days. Would and will stay there again… with or without their restaurant being open. Hats off to who ever hires, trains and educates these knowledgeable employees… they all act as owners! Thanks for lots of great memories. See you all soon!"

"Such a cozy, fun spot to spend a cold weekend. Yoga was a very nice surprise to a much needed rechargeable weekend. The breakfast tray and the amazing tub were my favorites."

"Picturesque location. Welcoming staff. Certainly not your average B&B. But not worth even close to $1300 a night. I unfortunately don't understand what's "luxury" about the property. Comparable to maybe a $400 a night property. And while I appreciate the effort put in to supply the 10 birthday balloons and small bouquet with only 24 hours notice, $150 just seems excessive."

"one of the worst dining experiences we have had in a long time. First of all, we are very close neighbors to the Inn and have been wanting it to be successful for a long time. We want it to be our go-to place. Last Sunday we booked dinner at The Barn. We were sat upstairs, you have two or three too many tables up there, we were at a two-top near the window, and the back of a gentleman on a four top was almost touching our table, we couldn’t speak comfortably because they would of been part of our conversation, and in fact we were sat so close to them all we could hear was their conversation. You also have too many light large fixtures up there, it’s claustrophobic. Anyway.... We ordered two shooters. Tasty but tiny. We then ordered Steak Frites and the Cod. We waited an eternity, water ran dry, no one checked on us. When the food came it was stone cold, the cod was served with a plate of cheap vegetables. The steak frite was chopped up with salad on top and and zero sign of any poivre sauce, I asked where it was and was told it was in the dish. If someone orders a classic meal, they want it served in a classic way - go to Odeon, Balthazar or Pastis, they are popular for a reason. The steak was also mushy. My wife didn’t even touch the cod it was so cold. No-one asked if we liked it, or were happy, the waiter just asked if we were done 30 mins later and we got the check and left. Massively disappointed in the experience. Your location and the lack of any competition means you could be really easily successful but your are failing to deliver food or service of any sufficient quality."

"We came for a family reunion and took four rooms for two nights. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated all with a balcony. The people running the inn were pleasant, professional and helpful in every way. The breakfast was unusual and we all loved it. The outside settings is well taken care of allowing for privacy if one wants it. Overall we had a wonderful weekend and definitely will come again."
