"This is where we take our dog and she is so happy to go there when needed and all the staff are lovely. The 1st time she was a bit anxious but since then she's been fine and I always get lovely feedback about ber stay."
"My dog stayed here recently and it was the first time that I had left him at a kennels in Dunedin, or New Zealand for that matter. It was super hard for me to leave my dog but Paul was amazing, dealing with all my queries and concerns and a few different phone calls. Buster went well and I am so happy to have found somewhere that I have confidence to leave him."
"Very upsetting to pick up my dog after 6 nights to find her large (Vinyl covered) bed completely saturated through *in urine*. Horrible to think she had to sleep on that. She's a 6yr old lab who is happy, healthy and loves the kennels. She was obviously not let out much. I hope the owner sees this and ensures staffing is adequate in future, as it sounds like that could have been part of the issue over xmas."
