"Great location. The room was nice but a little cold at night. The breakfast was a great inclusion. Had a very friendly staff member set it up. He gave some good recommendations. Only issue was the condensation build up in the bathroom, it would drip from ceiling."
"Location is pretty much ideal. Rooms are comfy with nice furniture. Kitchen was huge and well stocked. Great staff too. Had a small issue with the room charge but it was dealt with immediately. Would definitely stay here again!"
"clean, central located and safe hostel. They offer free pool downstairs. Bathrooms are only accessible from the outside which is not that handy. Vibe was just sleepy all the time. Overall would recommend."
"Showers run cold half the time with very small stalls, common room way is too small for the number of beds and to make things worse the kitchen is in the same room as the common room with no proper oven. Paid extra for a non shared dorm and it was just a bunkbed, cheap electric heater and a chair. Checked out at 10:00 on the dot and usually hostel owners are ok with people hanging around the common room for a few hours after checkout but not here. By 10:05 I was being told to leave the common room when I was just trying to grab my food bag. Considering we showed up late on first day and paid for the whole day I figured they would give us leeway but none was given at all. Feels more like a poorly run hotel than a hostel. The girl at front desk was kind the dude was very unfriendly."
"Stayed here for many months while I worked in Dunedin and couldn't recommend enough. The staff Bianca and Mitz are so welcoming and really look after the guests! There's a bar downstairs with cheap drinks and good vibes too! Highly recommend :)"
