"Excellent customer service. Very kind and sympathetic to the loss of a beloved pet/family member. The person who they go through for the cremation is very respectful and does a beautiful job on the wooden box. The vets and front of house are approachable and have excellent products knowledge. They have a good selection of medicated and non medicated dry and wet food; rabbit hay etc. Highly recommend"
