"Appauling low staffing of checkouts, I'm writing this while being 5th in the line. The shop is far from busy. I do not work for the warehouse - I refuse to scan goods. The cheek of this retailer"

"I was in your shop this morning. What happen to customer service? I asked where an item was and I was told you may not have any and if you do they are over there ( the lady pointed to a direction) . You use to have great customer service like your other branches. Their team member's go with the customer and they show you and find the item. You need to fix this frazer cove. It use to be about the customers."
"Went to pick up a paid click and collect item. Click and collect part wasnt open so went to the only staffed (non self service) counter. Waited for them to finish with their last customer to have the staff member rudely say "I'm closed go find someone else" that took awhile since all the staff were gossiping. Would be great to have at least one staffed checkout to help people out. I'll buy from else where next time."
