"I have just got home from Countdown Bayfair. There was 1 checkout operator on and 5 trolleys ahead of me and more behind. I was told there was 1 person on a break that would be back soon and a lot off sick also that Monday is usually a quiet day. I NEVER BLAME THE STAFF but surely that is not good for your Company. The people ahead of me said to say they were all annoyed as well. I shop there 3-4 times a week and feel you should know how we feel. BUT NEVER BLAME THE STAFF THEY ARE WONDERFUL."
