"I had the same experience as Elizabeth Vince. WOW Floors measured for a quote on the 3 April and here it is 19 June and still have not received it. Even after several calls to ask why. What I can't understand is why bother sending your team to measure up if you have no intention to follow through. I would be very wary dealing with WOW Floors. Have ordered through with another company who quoted in less than a week!!!"
