As an establishment and point of interest in Australia, our mission is to create an environment that fosters support and provides services to connect people in the community, reduce isolation and loneliness, and build meaningful relationships.

At West Winds, we offer a diverse range of activities and programs to cater to the needs and interests of our community members. For the carpentry enthusiasts, we have a special call out for any female carpenter or woodworker who would like to run a "She Shed" workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and create in a supportive environment.

Join us on Friday 15th September at 12 noon at Young's Table Shop 58.1, 29 Channel Hwy, Kingston (Channel Court) for our friendly Eating With Friends event. It's a great chance to connect with others while enjoying a delicious meal.

If you're looking for a way to strengthen and loosen your body, our Qigong classes with Sylvie Merope are perfect for you. Join us every Tuesday from 10 am to 11.30 am and learn flowing moves that promote physical and mental wellbeing.

For horse lovers, the D'Entrecasteaux Pony Club offers the opportunity to ride and form social connections. If you have a horse and love riding, this is the perfect place for you.

We would like to bid farewell to Karen Montague and wish her well in her retirement from teaching Pilates. We also welcome our new instructor, Pati Avendano, who will be taking over the Pilates classes.

If you're looking for a unique and expressive form of dance, join us for our weekly Chakradance sessions. Every Thursday from 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm, experience the freedom of expression through movement.

For those interested in the performing arts, we are excited to debut The Isabella Rose Stage Company. Offering classes on Mondays and Tuesdays during Term I, this is a wonderful opportunity for aspiring performers to showcase their talents.

We understand the importance of mental health and wellbeing, which is why we offer a free counseling service on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 am to 4 pm. Phone and face-to-face appointments are available, and booking is essential.
