"I first purchased a bench from Brayco a while back for a residential renovation project, and I was pretty impressed with everything they did. Website works well, products are well represented and easy to navigate, the service between sale and delivery was superb, and the product was just as described, well finished and easy to assemble. When it came to buying some shelves, again I'm blown away by the great customer service, I spoke to 3 different Brayco people over the course of the 2 purchases to deliveries, and all of them were incredibly professional, attentive and courteous - like no other commercial experience I've had before. I know I'm probably a small sale to them, but they made me feel important - I just wish I needed more stainless steel products so I can buy more from them."
"We first bought Brayco Stainless Steel benches, shelves and sinks back in 2014 to fit out our very first (but small) Tasmanian Mountain Pepper processing room. Seven years on, and we have expanded into new facilities, and again we fitted it out with Brayco products. We didn't even look at other suppliers - we know that Brayco prices are good, the range excellent, the quality exactly what we look for, and the service and delivery spot on. Below are a couple of photos of part of our original facility - the benches, etc, look just as good today as they did 7 years ago."
