"Had to use this place for the 2nd time due to needing out of hours. 165 quid for 5 minutes of the vets time. Waited nearly 3 hours to be seen. Then i was rang at 9 30pm later that evening asking if i could pay my admin fee of 17 quid! Said it the first time now i say it again, these people are money grabbers that dont care about your dog. I really wish my vets didnt use this service."

"We had found a lost dog on Sunday. By the time we figured out the owner wasn't in the area, all of the other vets had closed. Fortunately this vets was open and was able to scan the dogs microchip. Unfortunately, the machine they use to check details for microchips wasn't functioning correctly. Despite this, it was a lovely place and caring staff."
