"Expecting Christmas grocery delivery today in Stoke-on-Trent. Received call from driver explaining he was in Holyhead (?!). "You must have made a mistake". No mistake, we use this service week on week. Customer service not much help either, and again insinuated that we had made the error. It's never their fault. There goes Christmas dinner.."
"Well done Tesco, Meir Heath for your announcement before 11am and, for the two minutes silence at announced at 11am on Rememberance day today, the 11th November. The whole store fell silent! Everyone showing respect for our lost heroes of war."
"The store is within walking distance and the carpark is large, but often almost full most times of the day. You enter through the left side entrance and exit via the other side. The store is well stocked and it is relatively easy to navigate, also the staff are super friendly and helpful in find items if you don't know where they are. The also have a fish mongers the hat sells fresh fish which is great for people who like fresh fish."
"I regularly shop at Tesco when ever I do my food shop regardless of where I am usually Tesco’s stores that are classified superstores are usually large in size with everything you could possibly think of with a wide range of items but this store seems to be really small with not a lot of variety the shelves also seem rather empty! It’s an ok store but not the best Tesco’s in comparison."
