"Excellent pet care looked after my dog while she was sick throughout the night was pleased with their kindness and compensation. Only niggle was one of the assistants expected me to wait outside in the rain for 5 minutes with a severely ill dog while waiting for the night team to expect her ( which I totally refused to do ) she is the reason it's not 5 stars"
