"You’ve cared for our Doberman for the last 8 yrs with great care and lovely staff. Oscar had major surgery a few months ago which you know about. Sadly we had to make the heart breaking decision to have Oscar put to sleep.We looked on your website and noticed you did home visits which is exactly what we wanted. VERY POORLY PETS your heading ( now removed from your website) Making that call was hard enough but then to be told that it was not an option because of covid and after a further call to Longton surgery to be told your to busy and don’t have the staff to come out.Just when we needed you you not only let us down you let Oscar down. For the record we were offered a appointment at the surgery which we declined due to Oscar being so poorly. I have one question- if I rang and said my dog had been badly injured and unable to get to you - would you have come out or let the dog suffer. 8 years of loving care let down in 8 hrs. Oscar was put to sleep later that day by a vet from a local surgery at home."
