"Very friendly staff, good service and amazing food. We had Ghorme Sabzi stew and Shishlik Kebab as our main meal. Both were of good quality. If you have not tried their Ghorme Sabzi yet, put yourself right by trying this tasty dish. I also love their Most-O-Khiar. If you are wondering what are the other appetizers (all very tasty) in the image: Dolme, Mirza Ghasemi and Torshi."

"I have been going to this restaurant not long since it opened, the food is always delicious and beautifully cooked. I have eaten in, taken out and even got it delivered. The high quality doesn't change. It is like eating a home cooked meal without the effort, so you don’t feel guilty for the treat either. Thank you."

"Very good quality food and the owner was a very friendly sweet heart lady and she was very welcoming. The menu have lots of food varieties that suits almost all tastes from meat/chicken lovers to vegetation lovers and in between too. It was a wonderful experience and excellent service as well, I definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back for sure, thank you very much"

"This is one of my favourite restaurants in Southampton!! My friend and I drove all the way from London this weekend to eat at Melo again after many years of not going since leaving uni. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. Portions are very generous and the meat is super succulent. We ordered the Koobideh which is 2 skewers of minced lamb meat with rice and garnishings which came to just over £11 per person which I think is excellent value for money. The restaurant is cash only but that’s not really an issue as there is a cash point on the opposite side of the road and takes 2 seconds to get to. Thanks Melo for a lovely Sunday afternoon lunch ☺️"
