"Got food poisoning. I wondered how they managed to deliver all of my order to my house within 15 minutes which I thought was good at the time but turns out it was probably due to food poisoning! Woke up this morning being violently ill. I read before ordering that people have had poisoning from this place as they don’t cook the dough properly but I just ignored it but now I wish I didn’t. I haven’t been sick in years so this was a first for me and a great way to spend my weekend."

"This is the third and last time that I will receive an under cooked pizza from bitterne store. So frustrating...the cheese hasn't hasn't melted properly and the base is doughy. I hate complaining, but someone needs to see this and perhaps look at the time the pizzas are spending in the oven. Doesn't happen from other stores but from Bitterne store the pizzas are soggy and cold. Very poor."
