"So, it's good to see pizza hut offering gluten free pizza that tastes good. What's not good is calling what is clearly a small a medium. Just because you make it rectangular doesn't mean people won't notice its really a small. Disappointed, at least with papa John's a medium is a medium!"

"Ordered on line and booked for 20:00, when confirmation email came through it said ready in 17 minutes. Phoned to try sort out and the staff member hung up phone, when we got to store we tried to discuss but the manager was rude and was NOT willing to compromise for a solution. I will NEVER again order from this hut ever again. The manager was very rude, customer service was no where in sight and absolutely no attempt to resolve!"

"I have had so many bad experiences when ordering from this place in just the space of a few months… I had ordered a couple of standard pizza’s and a side, they completely mucked up the order, never gave a sincere apology or reason. A few weeks prior to that I had ordered for me and my family and the food had came 40 minutes late. Now this is the final straw where I feel the need to write a bad review, I have just placed an order from Pizza Hut Bitterne and they have sent an email saying my order has been cancelled yet £20.78 has been taken out of my bank account? I called back in hopes that an employee would help me to understand what has happened but when I had explained what had happened I received a aggravated attitude from the member of staff. Long story short I didn’t get my money or pizza…"

"Ordered from here through their website no problem. However when the food arrived they had forgotten 1 item from the order and so I then had to call up the restaurant and get it reordered. When the missing side finally arrived, about 20 minutes later, it was really cold and horrible. The pizza itself was really tasty and was fairly generous with their toppings too."
