"One star for the unreliable service and level of inconveniency caused after choosing to purchase my baby's snowsuit from this shop. One week ago I purchased an item that we have been waiting every day cause my little one had grown out of his suite and we are going on a trip where every day missing the order matters. I waited patiently 6 working days before I called and today I was informed that the order was cancelled cause they were out of stock when I bought it. There was no email, NOTHING to inform me even though the lady on the phone said I should have received one. Adding a screenshot of my mail box that also includes spam folder. Very disappointed. Won't shop from this brand again."
