"I bought a waterproof shoe that was labeled in pounds of 12.99. I only realized this when I went to pay. At the time of payment I discovered that I had to pay 19 euros. After I got home I converted the value and it was not 19 euros, but 14.90. The other day I went to the store to try to solve this problem and two women who work there said that I could not get my money back and that the value was above 14.90 because they pay fees. I told them that this should be made clear because it is characterized as false advertising. I didn't give up and looked on the store's website for the product return rules. I showed the 28-day return rule and only one employee, who was very helpful and polite, gave me a voucher for the purchase price and said that he could not return the money because the payment method was by card. Without a doubt my experience was very bad at this store and I will never shop there again. Bad service and false advertising won't win customers!"

"Great sports shop with all the sports accessories and specific to footwear for all ( men, women and kids) with great discounted prices. Staff is also very helpful and you will definitely need help to find the right sizes. If you go upstairs you will find many more specific sports accessories and equipments."

"Do not shop with these people they will not give me a refund saying they did not receive the return package which I paided a further 10 euros to return worst company ever dealt with and will not give me my money plus I have the copy of the label on my fone so why would I not send it after paying 10 euros for it"
