"I went into this shoe shop looking to return some faulty shoes and I met Emma told her my predicament she couldn’t do enough for me she was so helpful. She took back the faulty pair of shoes.she sold me another pair of shoes after replacing the faulty ones and took even more money of me and I came out with double the amount of shoes. She is brilliant she deserve a raise whatever you’re paying her is not enough. She took the time to help us and chat to us even though the place was very busy. That is a very rare trait in todays climate. Well done emma. Thank you"

"Sometimes you can come across an unusual men's shoe in a colour that's not black. Their shoes are rather expensive compared to other high street stores nearby and the men's section is quite small. Staff are usually very helpful however."
