"Recently visited ‘Yours’ in the Ilc Centre. Really poor customer service - asked sales assistant for some assistance re an outfit and she hadn’t clue; when I turned my back she ran off, terrible! Furthermore, clothes are overpriced, I know this may be out of shop control but it is an opinion, ok? I will not shop here again!"

"Bought 2 pair of jeans online from the Irish Website. Unfortunately they were the wrong size and turned out to be too big. Headed into the shop to exchange them. Staff declined that because the refund period had apparently passed. It's the date when bought online and NOT the date when you actually have the item in your hand. Several days had passed between buying, being dispatched and eventually being delivered. Still the member of staff insisted on the original date they were bought online. No options were given. They are simply too big, never worn, brand new. No exchange, no refund. To the question whether we should just throw them in the bin now she shrugged her shoulders and said it's their policy. Awful customer service. As a long term customer we won't be buying there again."
