"The website says 'we just weigh and pay' well no they dont. They check every item and see what they can sell on, then weigh that and give you 60c per kilo for the items they want.Also if they are busy, you may have a long wait for your fiver or what ever. Throw it in a bag and donate to a registered charity is my advice."

The staff here is looking for perfect clothes for selling back in Poland and went through all 4 bags of clothes one piece at a time. They discarded clothes in good condition and I returned with almost 2 bags back. Decided to just leave those for donation at doorstep going forward."
"Waste of time polish girl went through 4 full black bags. Mostly in great condition gave half back to me. Swear she was going to wear them!!! So picky. I left the doggie shop with €9 euro after handing over quality clothes I'm might see my clothes in a market for tripple price. Raging I didn't go to the charity or homeless Would of felt better. €9 didn't even cover my petrol getting there"
