"I came to JD Sports Omni earlier today and was trying to buy some shoes for my daughter and me. I tried some shoes on picked a size and the staff member was getting the right size for me but when we were trying to check out a customer went behind the till and took the shoes that I was buying and bought it himself.The staff members were trying to find another pair after finding out the other customer took it, but couldn’t find my size of shoes so then I left me and my daughters shoes and went out the shop. Hope this doesn’t happen again as I was very dissatisfied with my experience today"
