"I bought 2 tops & a 2 piece set recently and wasn’t happy with them so I sent them back for a refund. 2 weeks has passed and I’m still waiting to hear from them. I’ve emailed them with no acknowledgment & I’ve tried phoning them to be informed the number is not in service. I always loved their stores but I’m now left out of pocket. I am left very dissatisfied and disappointed and basically nowhere to go for my refund. I Do not recommend them."

"Bought two dresses that were advertised as having pockets. Even the lady in the video says they have pockets. I bought two and they don’t. Not as advertised. I emailed 3 weeks ago to give them a chance before leaving negative feedback because I don’t like doing it but no one has bothered replying so customer service doesn’t exist if you have a problem. Won’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend!"

"received a pair of jogging pants in my size they ripped at the crouch and leg seams after 1 wear. I also got a star top 10 - 12 and was like a size 16. a button from the side split fell off after a couple of wears."
