"I took my daughter to get her ears pierced here and it was amazing! She was very nervous and the staff were very kind. Because she was so nervous they switched her spot to a bit later. When we when back in they cleaned her ears and put the dots on very neatly. They tricked her so she wouldn’t be worried before. They said they were measuring her ears but instead they pierced them. They gave us lotion and instructions to use for three weeks. Excellent selection of jewellery to choose from. Only down side is the prices. So expensive! Good service. Will definitely come here again."

"Absolutely unprofessional staff. Charged me £1.00 extra for something that was clearly labelled £5.00. Was in a rush so didn't argue with member of staff. Will NEVER shop in that store again. I want my account credited with my £1.00!!!"
