"Today Sunday October 3rd, I am rushing to the Purley store after my own work shift, just needed to grab quickly 2 things before travelling the day after. I arrive at the door at 3.55pm and the door is closed... I knock on the main entrance glass door and I can see a member of staff looking at me from behind the back staff door... No reaction. It is clearley stated on your website that the store is closing at 4pm! Please, what's going on??? Ok, it's Sunday and maybe you didn't have any customer for the last 3 hours...Is that the reason?"

"Not a great experience with this store. I visited this store as it is my local branch, to return an item that was purchased online. I handed the attendant the unopened parcel and advised her that I would like to return the items contained, as they had been ordered incorrectly. It seems that I had signed up for a subscription. Upon opening the parcel, I was met with a very distasteful conversation with the attendant advising me that it is a lot of money she now has to refund me and that she does not even sell this item in the store. After this I was asked for further proof of purchase, even though I had supplied her with order number details and shown her the order confirmation email, she promptly advised that she will have to call her area manager for authority to refund me £94.98... It became apparent to me that she was upset with me for some reason. The shop began to get busy, so I suggested that she serve the customers, as I was in no rush. When she had a gap with customers, I was advised further of the need for her to get authorisation to refund me, to which I advised, that will be fine. After a further 5 -10 minutes with the attendant never leaving the till or making any phone calls, I was asked to produce the card that the payment was made with, which I did, I was asked to enter my pin and a receipt was given to me, along with some further advice from the attendant to not come back to this store for a refund of items she does not sell...!!! Well it doesn't end there, I got back home to discover that I had not been refunded, but have indeed been charged for the items again...!!! Let's see what happens when I eventually get through on the telephone."

"This young lady approached me in a very kind friendly manner, gave me full and complete detail about what I was looking for. The staff member I believe was called Lily, thank you very much, will make this my local store"
