"I tried to use the DHL Parcel drop off service but was told the shop doesn't accept parcels for return, only for collection. Man behind the counter was very unhelpful. Do not use for DHL Services."

"There is a sign on the door that states maximum x2 people and in the past the shop assistants do not control this. Today I ran out of something so had to go in and 3 adults entered the tiny shop whilst I was paying so they come close when entering to go past and I was the only person in a mask. So in all 5 adults in a tiny shop and just myself in a mask. I asked the assistant do customers not need to wear masks and the response was to shrug shoulders. I wont be using this store again as I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe."

"My daughter went in at 10.50 pm she was picking up a few things while the woman was shouting at her to hurry up that she needed to close. My daughter was using her card and the in the rudest way the lady said minimum spend was five pounds anyway she didn’t quite have enough 15p short so rung me to send over a couple of pounds the lady then said it was to late and told my daughter to leave as you can imagine she was really upset she 16 I only live a few doors up but after leaving crying she got a little down the road and notice her card was still in the shop she ran back up and the lady locked the door and ran to the bus stop telling her to come back the next day. Absolutely disgusting service"
